Ryan Radue

Ryan graduated from UW-Platteville in 1996 with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. He has served as the President of the Brown County Home Builders Association in 2017 and is currently on the board of Directors. He is also a licensed contractor and real estate broker.

When he’s not strategizing, Ryan can be found spending quality time with his family.

Julie Radue

Julie began her amazing journey with Radue Homes Inc over seventeen years ago!  She has been providing a supporting or active role in the company since 2002 in such roles as Bookkeeper, Assistant, Human Resources, and whatever else was needed! Now she’s one of our awesome Project Managers! At one time, she was also Co-Owner of The Denmark News and worked in Special Education at Denmark School District.

Julie currently lives in Ledgeview, living at her twenty-second address in over six states! She’s not a gypsy, but her father was military, which means she also went to eight schools over twelve years in four different states.

When Julie is not busy working hard to help customers build the home of their dream, she loves reading, cooking, spoiling her pets, and spending time with her family!  Can you believe, she still enjoys traveling!?

“Only accountants can save the world.  Through peace, goodwill, and reconciliations.”

Danelle Kornowski

Ryan felt that we weren’t challenged enough with staff named Dan, Dannielle, and Danielle – we have added a Danelle to our fine crew!

Danelle has worked in the building industry as a residential designer for over twenty years.  She is a self-proclaimed “lumber nerd”.  She loves helping turn customers’ ideas and wishes into their dream home!  She is a classroom home design mentor for area high school students taking Tech-Ed Drafting and is very active in Scouts BSA for both her son’s troop and their linked girls’ troop.

When not designing homes, Danelle is an avid reader, likes to spend time with her husband and son, and is always looking for the next adventure to get out and enjoy the great outdoors!

Adam Mondloch

Hard to believe Adam joined the Radue Crew almost three years ago now. Adam is our Master Carpenter and specializes in custom built decor and trim. He loves a good project to get his creative juices flowing.

When he’s not covered in sawdust (or just wearing less of it), King Adam likes to hang out in his castle with his Queen Dannielle and his adorable children.

Kevin Birnschein

Kevin started with us in August 2019, but has been self-employed since 2005 as a carpenter having acquired many skills including framing, finishing and cabinetry. His work ethic along with putting the customer first is going to bring our organization to new heights!

“Woof woof woof woof woof!” – Lassie

Steve & Patty Radue

Steve and Patty both retired in 2018 with the desire to enjoy the fruits of their labor and spend more time with their grandchildren.

Steve was our founding father and started Radue Homes with his brother back in 1997. Patty joined Steve and Ryan in 2001 as Steve’s Assistant Project Manager but was our talented Design Consultant at Inspired Spaces when she retired. They spearheaded the tremendous growth of this organization. All together they went from three to twenty five employees and from one office to an office and a design center! Steve and Patty never took days off from work, and we applauded their strong work ethic. Now we applaud their decision to see what life holds for them in retirement.

We wish you both the happiest of retirements!
